SHIV AYURVED Pension Fund For Employees In Switzerland
The Swiss pension system is housed in the social security system and embedded in the Federal Constitution. The aim of the system is to maintain the individual’s (or their family’s) accustomed standard of living in the event of old age, disability and death. Additional contributions come from employees and employers. Within SHIV AYURVED, the benefits are set out in the pension regulations and are significantly higher than the minimum benefits accorded by the Swiss Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors’ and Disability Pension Plans (BVG).
